Specifications contain detailed descriptions of the works to be carried out and the materials to be used.  They are tailored to the individual project and we work closely with the client, ensuring the finished specification meets the expected requirements.

 

 

 

If required, we can monitor the building work on site ensuring that works are being carried out satisfactorily and to an acceptable standard.  Additionally, we can agree interim payments to be made to the building contractor at regular intervals, once their works have been inspected and approved by our project manager.
