 Cost: £650.00 - £1,650.00 + vat
 
 Acting for Adjoining Owner:
 
  • receiving / acting on statutory appointment
  • fulfilling statutory duties
  • counter notices (where necessary)
  • schedules of condition
  • delivery of Party Wall Award
  • final inspection on completion of works
 Cost: £475.00 - £1,700.00 + vat
 
 
 Acting for both Building & Adjoining Owners:
  • duties as above
 Cost: £650.00 - £1,200.00 + vat
