"We undertake extensive investigations of the property and provide a clearly written report with photographic detail of all defects and necessary repair.  The inspection will examine all accessible areas of the property and we can inspect specific parts of the property that you have concerns about.  An additional report can be provided, on request, advising on the cost of repairing the various defects".
