The Party Wall ect Act 1996 allows a Building Owner to carry out a variety of building works to a party wall, floor or fence separating their property from a neighbours property, as well as excavating within close proximity to a neighbours foundations.  To determine whether you or your neighbour's works are to be bound by the Act, please click here, or alternatively contact us on our freephone number.
